Itinerary (Barot - Dansar Lake - Chhota Bhangal Trek):
New Delhi - Manali - Barot - Marand - Manali - New Delhi

Day 1 (New Delhi, India):
Arrive Delhi. Meet Gypsy Feet representative. Barot - Dansar Lake - Chhota Bhangal Trek begins. Transfer to Hotel. Overnight in hotel.
Day 2 (New Delhi - Manali):
On second day of Barot - Dansar Lake - Chhota Bhangal Trek, we take a morning train to Chandigarh. Arrive chandigarh. Transfer to Manali. Overnight in Manali.
Day 3 (Manali):
Full day sightseeing of Manali. Overnight Manali.
Day 4 (Manali - Barot):
On fourth day of Barot - Dansar Lake - Chhota Bhangal Trek, we drive to Barot and there we enjoy 5 km trolly ride upto the winch camp. This gives a fantastic thrilling experience to enjoy beautiful valley from a height. After the winch camp 3 km trek is all along the trolly line and then 3 km downhill trek to Barot. This is the most lovely trek extending views towards Bara Bhangal region, one can have a rare and exquisite view of the Barot town and reservoir from the top hill. Overnight in Barot.
Day 5 (Barot - Marand):
We drive to Lohardi. The trek starts from Lohardi to Potang and then to Marand - a place where lot of timber work is done. Morand valley is similar to the valley of flowers in Garhwal with plenty of wild flowers. Trek is easy and photogenic with greenery all around.
Day 6 (Marand):
We start from Marand and the first camping place comes after a 3 hours strenuous climb between thickly wooded forest and bushes. A very flat area below the lake with numerous rivulets forms a beautiful camping ground. Bansar Lake has a circumference of about 800 m. Just below the peaks at an elevation of 4150 m. This lake is visited by devotees of the Lord Shiva to take holy dip in the sacred water for fulfillment of their desires, this pilgrimage comes after the Manimahesh yatra. Overnight in camp.
Day 7 (Marand - Manali):
We come back to Manali on the 7th day of the trek. Overnight in Manali.
Day 8 (Manali - New Delhi):
We continue early morning by driving back to Chandigarh and from there boarding a connecting train to New Delhi.
Day 9 (New Delhi):
Reach New Delhi. Transfer to airport for flight to onwards journey. Barot - Dansar Lake - Chhota Bhangal Trek concludes.
